Standard Guidelines for Activities
1. Background
PERMIKOMNAS RI, as a national student organization, requires a standardized framework for every activity and program implemented. This Terms of Reference (TOR) serves as a fundamental guideline to ensure that all activities align with the organization's vision, mission, and professional standards.
2. General Objectives
- To provide a clear direction for the implementation of activities.
- To ensure accountability and transparency in every program.
- To maintain the quality and standard of PERMIKOMNAS RI's output.
- To facilitate coordination between regional and national committees.
3. Scope of Activities
This TOR applies to all activities under PERMIKOMNAS RI, including but not limited to:
- National Congress (Rakernas/Musnas)
- IT Seminars and Workshops
- Competitions (Hackathons, Programming, etc.)
- Social Initiatives and Community Service
- Internal Leadership Training
4. General Requirements
Every activity proposal must include:
- Title and Theme of Activity
- Detailed Rationale/Background
- Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) Objectives
- Target Participants and Number of Attendees
- Implementation Schedule and Venue
- Committee Structure
- Budget Plan (RAB)
5. Branding and Publications
All publications must strictly adhere to the PERMIKOMNAS RI Identity Guidelines, including the use of logos, official fonts, and color palettes. Any deviation must be approved by the National Communications and Information Department.
6. Reporting and Evaluation
An Accountability Report (LPJ) must be submitted no later than 14 days after the activity's conclusion. The report must include financial statements, participant feedback, and an evaluation of the objectives' achievement.
7. Closing
This TOR is subject to change based on the organization's needs and the latest policies of the PERMIKOMNAS RI National Executive Board.
